Earn More Each Quarter
The Cox Vet Lab Dealer Edge Program gives dealers a simple, practical way to earn rewards throughout the year. Qualifying purchases are tracked quarterly, helping dealers work toward free goods rewards on Cox Vet Lab products they already purchase from approved distributors.
Along with product-specific incentives, Dealer Edge also includes bonus opportunities, new product incentives, and quarterly recognition for top-performing dealers.
Quarterly Tracking
Dealer Edge tracks qualifying purchases throughout each quarter. As dealers purchase participating products and submit their receipts, those purchases build toward free goods rewards.
Eligible reward activity can roll over from quarter to quarter throughout the program year, giving dealers more flexibility as they continue purchasing qualifying Cox Vet Lab products. This helps dealers keep building toward rewards instead of losing qualifying activity at the end of each quarter.
Rewards earned during each quarter are reviewed and shipped according to the quarterly reward shipment schedule, as follows:
- March 15, 2026
- June 15, 2026
- September 15, 2026
- December 15, 2026
These dates are intended as reward shipment dates for rewards earned during the applicable quarter. Dealers should submit receipts promptly so qualifying purchases can be reviewed and tracked accurately.
Rollover Through the Program Year
Dealer Edge is designed so eligible reward activity can roll over from quarter to quarter throughout the program year. This gives dealers more flexibility as they work toward free goods rewards and helps ensure qualifying purchases continue counting toward program activity.
Rollover rewards are still reviewed according to program rules, product eligibility, purchase timing, and receipt verification.
Bonus Reward Tiers
In addition to product-specific free goods incentives, dealers may also qualify for extra quarterly bonus rewards based on total program spend.
Spend $2,500+
Dealers who reach $2,500 or more in qualifying quarterly purchases may earn an additional 5% in free goods.
Spend $5,000+
Dealers who reach $5,000 or more in qualifying quarterly purchases may earn an additional 10% in free goods.
These bonus tiers give dealers an opportunity to grow their rewards as qualifying purchase volume increases.
New Product Push
Dealer Edge also gives dealers an added reason to try and promote new qualifying Cox Vet Lab products.
First-time purchases of a new product from a distributor may qualify for a special Buy 3, Get 1 Free incentive, regardless of the product’s standard incentive structure.
This helps dealers introduce new products, expand their product mix, and offer more Cox Vet Lab options to their customers.
Dealer Spotlight
Each quarter, top-performing dealers may be recognized through Dealer Spotlight. This feature is designed to celebrate strong program participation and give dealers added promotional value.
Dealer Spotlight opportunities may include:
- Extra discount opportunities
- Social media recognition
- Free merchandise
- Banner or promotional support
- Recognition for outstanding quarterly performance
